The Tiny Tots Program at Complex Expressions Movement Studio introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of dance in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment.
Dancers receive training in:

Classes focus on developing coordination, musicality, balance, flexibility, classroom etiquette, confidence, and basic dance vocabulary while helping dancers become comfortable in a studio environment.

Building Strong Foundations & Confident Dancers
The Beginner Program at Complex Expressions Movement Studio is designed for dancers who are developing their foundational technique while building confidence, coordination, strength, and discipline.
Beginner dancers receive training in:
Ballet • Jazz • Modern • Hip Hop • Strength & Conditioning • Technique
Our Beginner Program introduces dancers to proper dance terminology, alignment, flexibility, musicality, body control, performance quality, and classroom etiquette. Dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves while learning in a structured and supportive environment.
The goal is to prepare each dancer with the technical foundation, work ethic, confidence, and versatility needed to successfully progress into our Intermediate Program.

Developing Technique, Strength & Artistry
The Intermediate Program at Complex Expressions Movement Studio is designed for dancers who are ready to advance beyond the fundamentals and take their training to the next level.
Intermediate dancers receive training in:
Ballet • Jazz • Modern • Hip Hop • Contemporary • Acro • Tap • Technique • Strength & Conditioning
This program focuses on developing stronger technique, flexibility, musicality, performance quality, coordination, endurance, and confidence. Dancers are challenged to become more disciplined, versatile, and expressive artists while preparing for more advanced training and performance opportunities.

Elevating Technique, Artistry & Performance
The Advanced Program at Complex Expressions Movement Studio is designed for experienced dancers who are ready for high-level, intensive training and greater artistic and technical expectations.
Advanced dancers receive training in:
Ballet • Jazz • Modern • Hip Hop • Contemporary • Acro • Tap • Technique • Strength & Conditioning
Training emphasizes advanced technique, strength, flexibility, control, musicality, performance quality, versatility, choreography retention, and artistic expression. Dancers are expected to demonstrate discipline, maturity, consistency, and a strong work ethic in every class.
The Advanced Program prepares dancers for performances, auditions, competitions, intensives, collegiate dance programs, and professional opportunities.
